Yummy Corn Casserole!! I was first introduced to this recipe when Adrian and I were living down in North Carolina three years ago. It was the first time I have ever had it..and loved it! It is a side dish that goes well with chicken or any kind of grilled meat. Adrians mom Ms. Lucy gave me this recipe so I figured I would bring a southern side dish to the table one night. And the best part is, it is super easy to make!
Ingredients:
1-15oz Frozen Whole Corn(bagged)
1 Can of Cream of Corn
1 Box of Jiffy Corn Mix
1 Cup of Sour Cream
1 stick of butter (salted)
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- In a large bowl combine melted butter, Jiffy corn mix, frozen corn, Sour Cream, Cream of Corn and mix.
- Transfer to greased casserole dish
- Bake for 45 to 60 minutes until golden brown
Everything is in my bowl
Everything is all mixed up read to go
When filling the casserole dish try to spread it out evenly that way it cooks properly.
And voila it is done! Cut and serve!
Do you have any easy side dishes you like to make for dinner?
