Tomorrow is Friday! Woot woot!
If you are anything like me I like to get as much as I can done during the week, so when the weekend rolls around it’s relaxing and fun. This includes dinner!
Fridays are usually Pizza nights, but what about Saturday and Sunday? If you don’t have left over pizza from the night before then you could find yourself in a real pickle.
I got just the thing to help you out!
This Chicken and Potatoes with Garlic Parmesan Cream Sauce recipe is perfect. It is packed with flavor and gives your room to be creative with the dish.
I noticed in my fridge that I had mushrooms that needed to be used within the next couple of days or they would be going bad. So I sautéed up some mushrooms and added the entire bag of spinach instead of the recommended amount in the recipe.
It was fantastic!
The best part about this recipe is that you will have left overs the next day!
And your weekend just got a little bit easier.
**Please Note: On left overs night, I made some more cream sauce and put it on top of the chicken before putting it back in the oven to reheat (totally optional).**
