Homemade Spiced Pumpkin Coffee Creamer!!!
“Saaay what?” Yes. If this makes your heart skip a beat and bring hearts to your eyes then I have the perfect recipe to share with you.
This is from my Better Homes and Garden 100 Best Pumpkin Recipes magazine I bought about two months ago.
Last week Sophia and I met up with my friend Paula and her daughter Emma for a day in downtown Pittsburgh. I thought this would be a perfect opportunity to whip up some Spiced Pumpkin Coffee Creamer, since Paula is a Spiced Pumpkin fan.
What You Need: Yield: 1 Pint
2 Cups Heavy Cream (alternatives: Half and Half ,dairy or nondairy milk)
1-14oz can Sweetened Condensed Milk
3 Tbsp. Canned Pumpkin
1 tsp. Pumpkin Pie Spice
1 tsp. Vanilla
What To Do:
1. Put all your ingredients in a bowl and mix really well.
2. Put mixture in a Pint container and refrigerate.
3. Shake really well before you use any in your coffee creamer.
**This coffee creamer will last up to two weeks refrigerated. When I made this recipe I doubled it, so if you plan on making a bunch double to recipe.**
I used this coffee creamer in my morning coffee everyday since I made it. It is sweet without being overly sweet, and I love how I can taste all the spices that were used.
It is definitely worth a try!
Hey..I may have saved you from stopping at your local Starbucks every morning and probably a few calories!
